The majority of students in Iberville Parish districts were Black or African American in the 2021-22 school year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Of the 4,436 students attending schools in the Iberville Parish district, 66.9% were Black or African American. White students were the second largest ethnicity in the Iberville Parish district (27.8%).

In the previous school year, Black or African American students were the most common group in Iberville Parish districts, representing 68.1% of the student body.

Iberville Parish had student body, which included Black or African American, white, Hispanic or Latino, Multi-racial, Asian, and American Indian or Alaska Native.

In the 2021-22 school year, the total number of students enrolled in school districts in the parish dropped 0.3% when compared to the previous year.
