There were six American Indian students enrolled in West Baton Rouge Parish schools in the 2023-24 school year, 33.3% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that West Baton Rouge Parish welcomed 4,257 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.1% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the parish.

Among the 10 schools within the parish, Port Allen High School recorded the highest enrollment of American Indian students in the 2023-24 school year, with a total of three students.
