There were 72 American Indian students enrolled in East Baton Rouge Parish School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 4.3% more than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that East Baton Rouge Parish School District welcomed 41,418 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, American Indian students comprised 0.2% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the district.
