There were 3,320 white students enrolled in Central Community School District schools in the 2021-22 school year, 1.5% less than the previous year, according to the Louisiana Department of Education.

Data showed that Central Community School District welcomed 4,865 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, white students comprised 68.2% of the student body to be the most represented ethnicity in the district.

Central Community School District roughly covers schools within East Baton Rouge Parish and has a main office in Baton Rouge.

Among the six schools in Central Community School District, Central High School recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 995 students.

The majority of Louisiana students were identified as white and Black, representing 48% and 37% of the state student body respectively during the 2021–22 academic year. Hispanic students made up 8.6% of the student body, and other ethnic minorities made up 5.6%.

In 2022, there was roughly one teacher for every 18 students, compared to the national average of 1:16.
