City-Parish Offices Closed For Independence Day Holiday

Baton Rouge, La. – In honor of the Independence Day Holiday, City-Parish offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Residential garbage, trash and recycling will be collected as normal.

Independence Day is a unifying holiday that brings people of diverse backgrounds together to celebrate our shared American identity and appreciate the freedoms and opportunities afforded by our nation's independence.
