Cost of college went up for all students at Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus

Tuition and fees rose 0.3 percent for 2018-19 at Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Louisiana students paid $17,000 to attend the two-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $50 more than the $16,950 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 11 students received grants or scholarships totaling $42,395 and 11 students took out student loans totaling more than $80,324.

Including all undergraduates (60), 51 students used grants or scholarships totaling $223,898, and 50 students took out $396,540 in federal student loans.
