Graduates earn 44 degrees, certificates from Baton Rouge School of Computers

About 86.4 percent of the 44 degrees and certificates handed out by Baton Rouge School of Computers in 2017-18 were to students in computer and information sciences and support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Rouge conferred 22 certificates and 16 associate's degrees in computer and information sciences and support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in computer systems networking and telecommunications. Data shows the school gave out 12 associate's degrees in computer systems networking and telecommunications, followed by 10 certificates in general data entry/microcomputer applications and 10 certificates in "other" computer and information sciences and support services.

The school enrolled 58 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
