Rouses Ace Hardware #60 to give away American flags

Rouses Ace Hardware #60 will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Louisiana lost 481 soldiers in the Korean war and 571 in the Vietnam conflict.

Consumers visiting the store at 2300 Church St, Zachary will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW Jeb Stuart Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Rouses Ace Hardware #60 while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Rouses Ace Hardware #60 is located at 2300 Church St, Zachary, Louisiana. This location is owned by Donald J. Rouse, represented by Justin Wachowiacz and managed by Jim Garcia.
