Of the 875 people living in Crescent in 2020, 66.3 percent (580) were women and 33.7 percent (295) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 134. In the 65 and over age range, there were 34 females and 13 males.
