Of the 19,228 people living in East Feliciana Parish in 2020, 45.1 percent (8,669) were women and 54.9 percent (10,559) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,944. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,863 females and 1,616 males.
