Of the 514 people living in Grosse Tete in 2020, 51.4 percent (264) were women and 48.6 percent (250) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 20. In the 65 and over age range, there were 66 females and 56 males.
