Of the 32,626 people living in Iberville Parish in 2020, 49.6 percent (16,184) were women and 50.4 percent (16,442) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 708. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,872 females and 2,243 males.
