Of the 15,441 people living in West Feliciana Parish in 2020, 33.3 percent (5,143) were women and 66.7 percent (10,298) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 4,558. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,121 females and 1,254 males.
