Of the 573 people living in Wilson in 2020, 59 percent (338) were women and 41 percent (235) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 115. In the 65 and over age range, there were 33 females and 54 males.
