Census Bureau: More men than women in Bayou Goula in 2019

Of the 531 people living in Bayou Goula in 2019, 35.2 percent (187) were women and 64.8 percent (344) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 135-to-80. In the 65 and over age range, there were 54 females and 65 males.
