Of the 19,371 people living in East Feliciana Parish in 2019, 44.3 percent (8,588) were women and 55.7 percent (10,783) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Baton Rouge Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 7,233-to-5,313. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,701 females and 1,602 males.
