The Data Analytics and Performance team has released the Tax Roll and Adjudicated Property datasets for 2023 East Baton Rouge Parish records.
Provided by the parish assessor’s office, the Tax Roll information includes parcels’ land and buildings, zoning, owners, total and exemption values, and structure usage.
The Adjudicated Property dataset is a list of properties that have been adjudicated due to delinquent property taxes; an interactive map shows the parcels’ locations and values.
Both datasets use public records to compile EBRP property information as part of Open Data BR.
