The No. 10-seeded LSU women’s tennis team will begin its NCAA Regional campaign against Stephen F. Austin on May 2 at the LSU Tennis Complex in Baton Rouge.

The match is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Central Time, with tickets available for $5 for adults and $3 for children through the Tournament Info page online. Parking is limited in Lot 411 across from the venue.

On the same day, TCU will play Rice at 11:00 a.m., with winners of both matches set to compete on Sunday, May 3, for a spot in the NCAA Super Regional. According to the latest ITA rankings released April 30, LSU holds the No. 10 position nationally in dual season team rankings.

LSU enters regional play following a historic run to its first-ever SEC Championship final, where it recorded victories over Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Georgia before narrowly losing to Auburn. The Tigers have compiled a season record of 19-9 and have secured the doubles point in fifteen matches this year.

The roster features five ranked singles players—Cadence Brace (No. 9), Kayla Cross (No. 21), Ella McDonald (No. 77), Addison Lanton (No. 96), and Kenna Erickson (No.125)—and three ranked doubles pairings among them as listed by ITA rankings.

Stephen F. Austin arrives after winning its conference title under head coach Drew Lambert’s first season with an overall record of eleven wins and eight losses this year.
