Former Slaughter Community Charter School standout and current North Central Cardinals player, Jayden Lavespere will compete in the NCAA Division III Football Championship.
The first game is on Saturday, Nov. 29 at 1 p.m.
LSU’s Princesse Hyman has been named Southeastern Conference Women’s Field Athlete of the Week for a second time this outdoor season after strong discus performances. She currently ranks among top competitors nationally and within her conference.
These former Baton Rouge Metro area high school standouts will be competing on Wednesday, April 29.
LSU will host McNeese for its final midweek softball game of the season on April 28 at Tiger Park. Both teams bring strong records into this matchup, which will be streamed live online.
