BATON ROUGE, LA — All City-Parish roads reported earlier as closed are have been reopened. DPW continues to salt and sand elevated City-Parish roads. Motorists are urged to stay off the roads as much as possible.
Road closures are subject to change based on weather conditions, and some could refreeze overnight.
