BATON ROUGE, La. (February 7, 2023) — The Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC) today launched Riverbend Research, an offshoot of its Business Intelligence department. Riverbend Research is a standalone analysis and consulting firm conducting research for private and public clients. More information regarding the firm can be found at riverbendresearch.org.

“Our goal with Riverbend is to make research more accessible,” said Andrew Fitzgerald, BRAC Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence and lead researcher for Riverbend Research. “Smart business decisions are backed in clear, concise analysis and research, and we want businesses of all sizes and industries to be afforded that information. Our clients come to us with a range of needs on various subjects, including economic, demographic, workforce and other industry-specific topics, and we are committed to solving their research questions.” 

Riverbend Research, led by Andrew Fitzgerald and Jake Polansky, provides fee-for-service custom research to organizations across the Gulf South at a cost-effective rate. The firm works with organizations interested in labor market research, economic impact modeling, demographic and economic data, general research, and consulting. 

The group has established a client base spanning Louisiana and neighboring states, including projects based in Baton Rouge, Monroe, St. Tammany, Biloxi and more.
